So I had a huge Thanksgiving feast straight off the plane with family in New Jersey on my way to the contest. It is a nice break from the grind and travel to the Canarys event. Beta made it safely to the Canarys and I will be on my way on Sunday! Tomorrow my father and I are going to work on a helmet camera set up for the trip. Also I got a new suit from Body Glove for the trip I am amping on because of the super stretchy new vapor material and the team colors are insane. MET RX hooked up boxs and boxs of training gear so this next event on into 2010 are looking pretty good!

Great news, Beta and I locked in two new supporters for 2010. I just partnered back with long time supplement sponsor MET RX.
